For Lumen's Analyst Day 2025, at bully! entertainment I led the creation of Elle, a Veo-powered branded character who shared the stage with CMO Ryan Asdourian. The goal was to turn AI from a slideshow concept into a live demonstration of creative collaboration.

We developed Elle through dozens of rounds of AI-driven iteration, refining her movement, timing, wardrobe, and vocal delivery. This compressed what would normally take weeks of animation into a single week and let us experiment quickly while keeping every decision under human direction.

On stage, Elle ran through a show-control system to the stage choreography, so she worked as a responsive live performance layer rather than pre-rendered media.

The result was a memorable stretch of live interaction that showed AI as an augmentation for storytelling and live communication.
