My prayers were answered when I was given the opportunity to direct and animate the new Samurai Jack game title release: Battle Through Time. Who wouldn’t love to delve into the world of Genndy Tartakovsky’s iconic style? So, my team dusted off our Wacom pens and embraced an all 2D animation approach to bring Samurai Jack back to life since his hiatus after the series finale in 2017.

Many assume Cartoon Network made this spot with their official production team…which is a tremendous complement to the detail and craft we used to be as faithful as possible to the show’s look and feel.

Currently 17.5 million views on YouTube and counting, we’re pretty proud of this one.
